Please register your interest using the UK MS Octopus Register form.
Participants who are currently registered can read the latest updates on the MS Register Blog (as of 11 March 2024).
The Registration of Interest form is held in the MS Register. The MS Register is a ground-breaking research study designed to increase understanding of living with MS in the UK.
If you are:
- UK based
- over 18 years old
- diagnosed with MS
You can join the MS register online and help by completing a series of simple questionnaires and returning them regularly. The website can also be used to keep track of your MS over time.
