OCTOPUS at MS Frontiers

Members from the OCTOPUS trial team and the patient representative attended the recent MS Frontiers Conference in Liverpool on the 4 and 5 July.

The trial team presented a poster on Participate, which is an online platform currently being used by participants to complete questionaries on quality of life, fatigue and pain and provide a summary on their drug compliance whilst on trial. We examined the use of Participate in OCTOPUS, participant experience with Participate and how we can improve the usage experience via training and guidance for both site staff and participants.

One of our patient and public involvement representative, Susan Scott, presented a poster on how OCTOPUS is using patient representatives in trial conduct.
